I am a full-time certified personal trainer at Nil8 Fitness Club. I have been involved in fitness training for more years than I care to remember, I have my Black Belt in "Wado Kai" karate and am an avid golfer.
For the past few years I have been a part time print and TV model, doing 'voice-overs' for TV commercials, video games, and corporate videos. I have appeared in various promotional videos plus extra work in numerous movies. I am not a member of any Actors' unions.
I was born in London, England and moved to Canada as an adult. I currently live in the West Island, Montreal, Quebec.
